* We set the same registration rates for all memberships and student discount because the rate is already reduced due to the virtual conference format.

Registration Policies

• Author registration: at least one of the authors of an accepted paper or poster must register as Author Attendee.
• Member registration: please provide the ACM/SIGHPC Membership ID at online registration. The status will be verified offline.
• The organizers reserve all rights to withdraw the registration or charge the price difference if proof of discount status is not provided or payment is not received.
• Registration payment must be made through the online registration website. We do not accept bank transfer. Participants will receive a confirmation email when registration is complete.
• Cancellation must be requested by sending an email to <eurompi2020-registration@mcs.anl.gov>. No refunds after August 14, 2020 for paper author registration. No refunds after August 29, 2020 for poster author registration. All refunds prior to the cancellation deadline will incur a 15% cancellation processing fee.

Visa Information

EuroMPI/USA 2020 has decided to hold this year's conference entirely virtually. No visa is required to attend the conference.
